She created her training programs not only to share her knowledge, but to empower the Latin community, and anyone ready to take charge of their future, to build a career they love. Through hands-on guidance, mentorship, and real opportunity, Esmeralda is proud to create space for bilingual artists to thrive in the beauty industry on their own terms.

Esmeralda is the founder of 21 Brows & Beauty, a passionate professional permanent makeup artist and educator based in Santa Ana, CA. Her journey in the beauty industry began early in life, starting as a hairstylist where she mastered the art of helping women look and feel their best. But her love for beauty didn’t stop there.
After experiencing her own brow transformation through microblading, Esmeralda felt deeply inspired by how powerful the service was. It restored confidence through subtle, natural enhancement. She quickly realized there was a gap in the PMU industry: few professionals were offering these services in Spanish or catering to the Hispanic community. Determined to change that, she became one of the first bilingual artists in her area to specialize in permanent makeup.
Today, Esmeralda offers a wide range of expert PMU services including brows, eyeliner, and lip blush, and she also teaches certified, hands-on training courses in all five major techniques. Through every appointment and training session, she’s committed to helping others feel confident, seen, and empowered—both in their beauty and in their careers.
