Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience at 21 Brows & Beauty, we kindly ask all clients to review and respect our studio policies. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your consultation appointment; this amount will be applied toward your total service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit, and rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to an additional fee depending on the situation. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and their deposit may be forfeited. For safety and focus, no extra guests or children are allowed in the treatment room. Most permanent makeup services require a 6–8 week touch-up, which is not included in the initial service price unless otherwise specified. We accept cash, Zelle, and all major credit/debit cards, with full payment due at the time of service. Due to the nature of our work, all services are final and non-refundable. Photos may be taken before and after your treatment for training or marketing purposes—if you prefer not to have your images shared, please let us know at your consultation.
