Cancellation Policy
To ensure your facial experience at 21 Brows & Beauty is relaxing, effective, and professional, please review our facial service policies before booking. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit, and rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to a fee depending on the circumstances. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled and may forfeit their deposit. For safety, comfort, and focus, no guests or children are allowed in the treatment room unless previously approved. Please come with clean skin and avoid using harsh exfoliants, retinol, or active acids 24–48 hours before your appointment (especially for Microneedling, HydraFacial, or Microdermabrasion treatments). We accept cash, Zelle, and all major credit/debit cards. Full payment is due at the time of service. Due to the personalized nature of skincare services, all facial treatments are final and non-refundable. If you're receiving a treatment for the first time, we may conduct a brief consultation to ensure your skin is a good candidate for the service booked. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you achieve healthy, glowing skin in a calm, professional setting.
